Fen’s sire is one of the elite Chesapeakes. Jockamo has accomplished the daunting tasks of attaining his conformation “GCH” title and his hunt test “HRCH” and “MH” titles. His breeding to a Spinaker bred female with her JH Hunt Test title produced a fantastic young dog who looks to have a bright future.
Fen finished his UKC SHR (Started Hunting Retriever) title at the CKHRA hunt test on May 22, 2022. He finished his AKC JH (Junior Hunt) title at the Bourbon Hills hunt test on August 6, 22022. On March 19, 2023, after Rose finished her CH title, we took Fen to Stephanie Hentschell while she was close by us in Louisville. He will be attending shows and getting used to the show atmosphere while Rose is finishing her GCH. He began his title quest, gathering 14 points and a major win in a short time. With no major shows coming up, we brought him home. He will be going back to finish his title when numbers increase.
Fen is a dark brown Chesapeake. He stands 26″ at the shoulder and weighs 105 pounds. He was brought in as a potential stud to breed to our Chief and River daughters. His pedigree is fantastic. Fen’s first litters are proving he is going to be an exceptional sire.
