Brandy was my pick of Sass’s first litter of 11 puppies. She is her mother made over. She has the same outgoing, friendly personality. She has the same strength and athletic ability. She has the same ability to get into things she’s not supposed to get into – but she can get into trouble faster than Sass ever thought about.
We did her PennHip evaluation at 4 months of age because she was going to go to the trainer. Unfortunately, the trainer experienced some life changes that caused him not to be able to take her. I, being the sexist I am, bumped Chopper up ahead of her with the trainer we are working with now. So, she is here at the kennel getting into trouble every day – waiting for her chance to either go to Stephanie Hentschell for Conformation shows or to Jeremy Ries for Hunt Test training. I believe she will succeed in both venues when she gets her chance.
Brandy is a dark brown girl that is also going to look a lot like her mother, Sass, when she matures. Watching them grow and learn is one of the great joys of wrestling with these big brown clowns.
