As stated below, we had high hopes and plans for Remi. Unfortunately, even with three generations of ancestors with good hips, her hips did not pass OFA evaluation. We found her a new home as a pet in Covington, KY. We are saddened at losing her but excited that she will live out her life in such a good situation.

When I saw this pedigree, he immediately wanted one of these puppies. Remi’s sire, Fatz, is a son of DC AFC Westwind’s Rudy of Nordais **** WDQ and her other three grandparents hold the HRCH title. She brings Field Trial and Hunt Test bloodlines into our breeding program. Also, due to the science of frozen semen, she brings some of the best of the old-time trial dogs into the earlier generations in the pedigree. These old-time dogs were the ones I knew when raising dogs as a young man. She has a great deal of natural retrieving instinct, with hunt test competition definitely being in her future. Again, the virus destroyed our plans for 2020. It was decided to breed her, because John is hoping his next stud will come from her planned litter.
Remi is dark brown and weighs 80 pounds. She is a large dog and is a joy to train. Her personality is one of constant joy of living.
